Personal Learning Plans (PLPs) have the potential to shift our learning environments from teacher-directed to student-centered. As a K-8 system, the Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union, is in year three of system-wide PLP implementation. Implementation includes student-led conferencing, data analysis, attention to student aspirations, and student ownership. In this workshop, teachers in grades 5 & 6 will share their experiences, both from a pedagogical and technological perspective. The BRSU PLP K-8 implementation continuum will also be shared.
